Refund Policy Acknowledgement

By submitting your registration, you understand that The Wild Medicine Conference has a no refund policy. Refunds are not allowed unless the event is fully cancelled. If the event cannot be held in person due to a public health crisis or other unforseen circumstances, the conference may shift to a virtual platform. If this occurs, we will refund meal plans and a portion of your registration fees. If the event is fully cancelled, you will receive a full refund minus approximately $25-$35 in processing fees that our registration platform and online merchant charges that we cannot recover. If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to another adult through May 24, 2024. After this date, transfers will not be possible.
